Guy, who is in his fifties and has a wealth of experience, is an expert when
it comes to implementation of development and change linked to training in the
workplace. He has worked as a Director of Management Development for a
multi-national Company, as well as lecturing on Management Studies and Financial
Planning at Colleges of Further Education in the United Kingdom. He has the
knack of making practical problem solving and task management seem uncomplicated
by use of his easy going anecdotal style of presentation. He speaks from the
experience of having to translate theory into practice in a workplace
environment. He has the ability to implement change from within by empowerment
and involvement. He has the ability to motivate, coach and problem solve at all
levels within a business.
